Responsibilities

• Collaborate seamlessly across product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to ensure a high-end user experience with a sleek aesthetic.
• Develop engaging assets for various marketing initiatives, sponsored ads, branded content, social media assets, emails, webpages, diverse online campaigns, and internal requirements.
• Create compelling illustrations and graphics to simplify complex concepts and captivate our audience.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights to optimize performance and user engagement.
• Develop and Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Stay abreast of design trends and best practices to continually elevate our marketing and product assets.
• Brainstorm and design new features, taking concepts from ideation to production, with a focus on user experience through testing and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creative design, with a robust portfolio showcasing marketing collateral and illustrations.
• 1+ years experience in product design for complex platform 
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, with experience designing for web and complex system/platform applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
• Innovative mindset, passionate about pushing design boundaries to deliver impactful solutions.
• Positive attitude, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Maintaining a mix of working alone and working together, while being able to switch between focusing on details and making big-picture plans.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator. After Effects & Premiere Pro - advantage..
