Role Description

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.

You will work closely with our CTO.

Experience

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, specifically LLMs.

Experience with NLP, knowledge graphs, embeddings, and RAG.

Familiarity with software requirements, system design, and identifying technical risks in the development process.

Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain).

Strong understanding of NLP and experience with LLMs such as GPT-3/4.

Experience with data processing, model fine-tuning, and creating scalable ML pipelines.

Familiarity with agent frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
