Analyst for the Alternative Investment fund – 1228

The role:

• Analyze credit transactions across a range of areas in the US and Europe (retail consumer, real estate and corporate).
• Provide ongoing reports on fund performance, profit & loss statements etc.
• Produce research and market analysis reports on real estate in the US and in Europe.
• Prepare presentations for the investment committees.
• This is a full time role from Sunday to Thursday with overtime when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial services is a must (post internship CPA qualification is an advantage).
• At least one year’s experience in similar role is a must.
• Excellent written and spoken English are essential.
• Must have a solid understanding of financial statements and be fully proficient in Excel.
• Experience in research covering real estate and strong knowledge of the real estate sector.
• Experience gained in the economics department of a Big 4 firm (advantage).
