The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to take a banking SaaS platform from A to Z, own the entire design language and branding, be in charge of UX & design, and play a key role in the company's success. We invest in UX & design and believe it is a strategic key to our success.

You, our ideal candidate, enjoy hands-on work, have substantial design experience, and are looking for a role that allows you to elevate your skills by designing a banking SaaS platform for real estate funds and investors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage all aspects of our user-centered workflows: research, ideation, wireframes, design, usability testing, and reviewing your team member’s work.

- Work closely with Product leadership to define a high-level product strategy and contribute to the definition and development of the product roadmap.

- Define and analyze KPIs to make informed recommendations for UI/UX improvements.

- Influence design-led thinking across the company.

- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our design processes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering intuitive, aesthetically pleasing SaaS products in a role such as product designer, UI/UX designer, or a similar position.

- Experience working with Figma and prototyping tools.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch your ideas effectively.

- A people person, fun to work with, and enjoys brainstorming and collaborating with others.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

- Passionate about product design.

Flexible Work:

You may work from our offices every day if that is more convenient for you. Most of our team comes to the office twice a week and works remotely for the rest of the days.
