Head of Artificial Intelligence

As the Head of AI, you will lead our AI department to drive innovation and success in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies in DL (Deep Learning) and computer vision algorithms. 

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of AI developers to deliver high-quality projects and solutions.
2. Provide technical guidance, expertise, and mentorship to team members to ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.
3. Design and implement novel, robust, and efficient deep learning algorithms in computer vision, from conception to production.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into various products and services.
5. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

• M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in developing and productizing deep learning algorithms.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team or group of at least 5 employees, including performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development.
• Proficiency in PyTorch is essential.
• Experience working with large-scale data.
• Comfortable navigating unexplored territory, self-motivated, and independent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
