Resource Development Specialist

Overview:

INSS is seeking a Resource Development Specialist! The chosen individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of INSS’s philanthropic strategy with very high-capacity individuals and foundations, in collaboration with the Resource Development team.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Resource Development Specialist will be responsible for working with INSS VP Strategic Partnerships to cultivate and maintain engagement with INSS Partners’ Forum members and nurture new long-term partnerships by:

•  Producing Partner Forum events—setting pre-event goal setting, logistics, venue selection and interaction with homeowner/ venue team, preparation and use of online platforms, budgeting, follow up with participants and post-event analysis.
•  Working with the VP Strategic Partnerships and INSS subject matter experts to create partnership proposals, grant reports, and renewal requests.
•  Researching and writing internal and external updates and periodic reports on INSS activity and progress, including the Annual Report, newsletters, and formal partner updates.
•  Updating the department’s activities on internal platforms

 Qualifications:

•  Mother tongue level English and excellent Hebrew written and oral skills.
•  Experience in fundraising/ donor relations/ grant writing – a significant advantage.
•  Reliable and hard worker with an ability to manage flexible work hours and occasional international travel
•  Detail-oriented.
•  Experience with CRM/Salesforce is an advantage.
