Craft.io is a powerful SaaS product management platform that empowers teams to strategize, plan, and bring their product visions to life. We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team and be a champion for our innovative solution.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of Craft.io to product managers and product teams. You'll build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their product development challenges, and demonstrate how Craft.io can streamline their workflows and improve product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (inbound, outbound) focused on product managers, product teams and their executives
- Deliver compelling demos and sales presentations that showcase how Craft.io can improve product strategy, roadmapping, and collaboration
- Negotiate and close deals to meet ambitious sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor on product management best practices
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of the platform by product managers and their teams
- Provide ongoing customer support and identify upsell opportunities
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the challenges faced by product managers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that build rapport and trust with clients quickly
- A passion for empowering product teams and driving business impact through Craft.io's mission
- Proficient in Hubspot or similar CRM system
- Native English or similar proficiency speaker
- Flexible work arrangement with 50% time spent in the office and 50% working remotely
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling project management or product management tools
- A background in product management or a related field is a plus
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)
- Technical acumen in software development is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, ADO, or similar software development related platforms
- Fluency in additional languages (specify language)
