Project Management Officer

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to oversee and drive the operational success of our IT and telecommunication infrastructure projects.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and progress of all infrastructure initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the work plans of all infrastructure teams, meticulously aligning planned activities with real-time execution.
• Masterfully plan and break down projects into actionable work packages, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
• Facilitate milestone tracking and support infrastructure/telecom specialists in completing templates and preparing for approvals.
• Provide invaluable guidance and leadership, propelling projects forward with unwavering momentum.

As the backbone of our operations, you'll closely monitor and coordinate the work of vendors and internal infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of relentless progress and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar PMO role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Extensive expertise in backlog management, report generation, and leveraging data-driven insights for effective management routines.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
• Excellent level of the English - a must.
