VP R&D for Generative AI well-funded start-up

An amazing start-up in Tel Aviv, that recently accomplished a significant fundraise, is looking for a VP of R&D.

You need to bring strong engineering skills in the design and development of Big Data platforms, AI preferably generative AI, and business product orientation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technical field

10 years of experience in the software industry, experience as VP of software, or executive position.

Experience with the full ML development lifecycle using open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud

Experience with building a software data platform (Node.js. / Python and React/Redux ) for big data, AI, or generative AI.

Also No Databases, cloud and DevOps tools, and testing frameworks.

Experience designing and building large-scale ML systems

Experience leading teams of engineers and applied scientists

Leading software development processes: agile methodology, roadmap building, code reviews.
