Product Manager for the ARC Innovation

For a national groundbreaking project, Sheba is recruiting a diligent Product Manager with experience in the digital and healthcare realms, eager to influence significant work processes that improve medical services for patients.

Responsibilities: 

• Characterizing existing and required work processes: Identifying customer needs, detailing and mapping work processes, recognizing bottlenecks, interfaces, and identifying potential automation opportunities.
• Creating methods to streamline work processes.
• Developing a vision and product concept, including both the patient and staff journey.
• Establishing work processes and the features that make up the complete solution, as well as prioritizing tasks.
• Generating value for the organization and customers by leading projects and launching relevant MVPs.
• Working directly with the customer and the development team.
• Supervising the development company and leading product quality control.
• Ensuring the implementation of all project milestones while adhering to timelines and achieving full customer engagement.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management
• Experience as a Product Manager in the past two years – mandatory
• Familiarity and experience in the healthcare sector, particularly digital health – advantage
• Management skills, team player, partner recruitment, excellent interpersonal communication, ability to overcome obstacles, creativity in finding solutions and bridging gaps.
