Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable responsibilities, including new vendor creation (local and foreign), processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system, managing proforma invoices, and AP aging.
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
• Credit card end-to-end and bank reconciliation.
• Review and process of employees’ expense and travel reports.
• Reporting to tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors)
• Intercompany reconciliation.
• Support Month Closing process to Trial Balance.
• Support external audit process on a quarterly basis
• Miscellaneous Bookkeeping assignments

Qualifications:

• Certified bookkeeper level 1-2. (level 3 - Advantage)
• 4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High-tech company - a must
• This is a full-time and on-site position
• Good verbal and written skills in English – Must
• Strong excel skills.
• Experience working with an ERP - Must
• Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details.
