AR bookkeeper

As an AR Bookkeeper, your mission will be to coordinate and reconcile account receivables, analyze and follow up on payments from customers and update the company’s records. You will work closely with the company’s collection coordinator and the rest of the finance team.

Areas of responsibility:

• Reconciliation and matching of multi-currency payments from clients
• Preparing and sending invoices/credits to foreign customers
• Assist in bank reconciliation and updating the Company’s records
• Preparing monthly AR aging reports and other AR related reports

Requirements

• Bookkeeper- Level 1+2- Must
• Proven experience in Priority software- Must
• Strong excel skills
• High level of English
• Good communication skills

Would be great (and considered an advantage) if you have:

• Previous experience as an AR bookkeeper in the High-tech industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity in monthly billing process
