Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in leading, managing, and scaling R&D teams, with at least 15 employees, some outside of Israel.
• At least one position as a VP R&D.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of Backend technologies and architecture
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, high-scale backend development in either Node.js/Java/ Python.
• Experience in working with cloud-based architectures and AWS specifically.
• familiar with web technologies
• Ability to carry requirements from early phase to full implementation.
• "Can-Do" attitude and mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Lead teams of BE and FE developers and QA.
• Design and develop core infrastructure modules and functional services, tackle large scale and load challenges, utilizing NodeJS and Python.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the R&D organization to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Build the teams and product roadmap.
• Work closely with the product manager to ensure the company's vision is effectively implemented with the highest standards.
• Establish and maintain a fluent, self-maintained, flexible, and fast development process, constantly striving for improvement.
