The position includes providing customer service and support for travel agents in Israel

and a lot of interaction with suppliers and hotels abroad.

Office work in a young, dynamic, computerized environment and includes answering by email and phone

requirements

1 High service orientation and excellent human relations

2 Ability to work in a team

3 High level English - writing, reading and writing - mandator.

4 Knowledge of additional languages and experience in the tourism industry

5 Previous background in customer service/operation positions - an advantage
