Marketing Graphic Designer

Particle for Men is a dynamic and innovative men's grooming brand based in Tel Aviv. We're dedicated to empowering men to look and feel their best through high-quality grooming products and exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview:

As our Marketing Graphic Designer, you'll be at the forefront of our visual communication strategy. Your designs will shape the way our audience perceives us and engages with our brand. You'll be responsible for:

• Email Marketing: Designing visually compelling and personalized email templates that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty through our campaigns.

• Website Design: Creating attractive and user-friendly designs for our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency.

• Mockup/Product Design: Developing high-quality mockups and product designs that effectively showcase our grooming products.

• Design for Motion Design: Collaborating with the motion design team to create visually stunning assets for videos and animations.

• Photo Retouching and Compositing: Enhancing and compositing photos to ensure our product images look perfect and professional across all platforms.

• Design for Social Media: Creating eye-catching and engaging designs for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, along with resizing assets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design examples across different channels (sending a portfolio is a must).

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of Klaviyo and Elementor is an advantage.

• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney or DALL-E is a plus.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and other teams.

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• A diploma in Design, Industrial Design, or Visual Communication is a huge plus.

• Must be able to work from our office in Tel Aviv five times a week.
