Behavioural Scientist

One of our clients is looking to hire a Behavioural Scientist.

The company founded in 2017, specializes in member engagement within the healthcare sector. The company collaborates with major healthcare insurance companies in the US to enhance health outcomes by leveraging AI and behavioral science. The company’s Health Behavior Management (HBM) platform helps health plans analyze and influence individual health behaviors, improving both health delivery and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our Behavioural Science team, you will:

• Develop and refine behavioral models to drive positive health changes among diverse populations.
• Provide tools and knowledge to our customer success and product teams to build effective solutions.
• Utilize big data sources to identify precise elements for behavioral models.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop the building blocks of our solutions and analyze their impact.

What You Should Bring with You:

• MA in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Public Health, or a related field. must
• At least 2.5 years of research experience in academic, public, or private sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in behavioral theories, data analysis, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Ability to combine theoretical thinking with practical data application.
• Collaborative mindset to work in a multidisciplinary international team.
