System Engineer

• Lead the definition, development, integration, and testing of systems.
• Define system architecture.
• Analyze, develop, and manage system requirements.
• Write system and subsystem requirements definition documents.
• Perform system-level design of avionics systems, including defining interfaces and processes.
• Define development and system integration tests.
• Participate in the execution of system integrations and system tests.
• Coordinate between engineering groups and participate in engineering reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - required, preference for electrical engineering / Bachelor's degree in systems engineering.
• At least 3+ years of previous experience in a multidisciplinary project or multidisciplinary systems engineer - required.
• Previous experience in performing system integrations or design verification testing - a plus.
• An additional 2+ years of experience in hardware or software development or network planning/implementation - a plus.
• Familiarity with complex systems.
• Systems thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
