Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant at flyeast in Netanya. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting and management services, making travel arrangements, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling reservations and assisting clients with their travel needs.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fluency in English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with travel booking systems
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant travel certifications or a degree in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus
