Growings is an exciting startup that is revolutionizing the agricultural field with innovative technology. Growings is a well-funded startup and is a collaboration between Tama – an internationally known farm solutions global company, and IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries.

Growings has developed a unique autonomous Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) – it is a 1.5 ton air vehicle - which utilizes the most advanced avionics and aerodynamics technologies that are specifically optimized for the agriculture market. Growings’ UAS aims for precise agriculture solutions in crop-treatment while also focusing on safety and environmental preservation.

Role Description

• Overall responsibility for managing the company's infrastructure

• Cloud assets (servers, backups, security systems)

• Company networks

• Server room and On-Prem communication

• End-users of all types

• Opening service tickets, user troubleshooting and event recovery, tracking the progress of the ticket resolution and reporting to relevant parties

• Performing routine tasks, including technical support for hardware and software for all users in the organization

• Managing and continuously monitoring the company's information security systems

• Coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders within and outside the organization (including service providers)

• General support for the company's growth and changes in needs and requirements

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience and high professionalism in the following areas:

• Work experience in a development environment - mandatory

• Proficiency and understanding of networks, architecture, setup, and ongoing maintenance - mandatory

• Proficiency in Windows Server 20XX operating systems (including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning) - mandatory

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including architecture and configuration of services (DHCP, DNS, AD), policy definition, and implementation (GPO) - mandatory

• Setting up and supporting the organization's office365 environment - mandatory

• Experience working in a virtualization environment (VMWARE) - an advantage

• Experience working in a UNIX server and workstation environment - an advantage

• Extensive experience and familiarity with information security products and their management: Fortigate, Crowdstrike Endpoint and anti-virus - mandatory

• Experience working with cloud-based backup systems - an advantage

• Certifications - MCSA, MCSC, CCNA (at minimum) - an advantage

• Training in DevOps - an advantage
