Co-Founders CTO or DS. Equity Comp.

ChangeEducation is an early stage startup aiming to change education, starting with where evidently education isn't doing the job today. The vision is a technological product performing effective teaching at scale. When we succeed, kids and adults will be able to learn just about any topic or way of thinking on our platform, enabling personalized way of teaching, pace and content. Those who need help will get it, those who want to run will be empowered to do so.

I am looking for co-founders interested in making up the initial team, joining from this early stage of ideation and market exploration, being part of discussions and decisions, leading together to success.

Co-Founders are sought with the following technical skills:

Development:

• Define, architect, build the appropriate technical solution for the product.
• Backend and mobile development. GenAI APIs a plus.

Data Science:

• Machine learning, NLP and experience with GenAI models for text. Image and video experience a plus.
• LLM, custom LLMs building and optimizing.
• GenAI cost management.

Compensation:

This role starts without pay as it is an opportunity to join a startup as a co-founder.

Time commitment will be discussed, it will be meaningful enough to make progress while acknowledging that one has to make a living until funding is obtained.
