AI RnD Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled AI RnD Project Manager with a graduate-level education and a solid background in software development project management. This role is pivotal in leading our AI project, translating complex algorithms into actionable plans, and maintaining an adaptive workflow within our dynamic development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and lead small AI development teams.
• Break down complex technological goals into manageable, measurable steps, adjusting plans as needed due to the innovative and uncertain nature of the work.
• Ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively, re-evaluating dependencies and re-prioritizing tasks frequently.
• Assist in the development and analysis of AI algorithms.
• Foster an environment of integrated team dynamics, shared technical goals, and cohesive values.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects, with a preference for those involving AI or machine learning environments.
• Robust mathematical and statistical knowledge.

Desirable Tech Skills:

• Strong technical proficiency in Linux development environment, Git flows, containers.
• Good command of Python.
• Practical experience with PyTorch, NumPy, and similar frameworks.
• Understanding of AI principles and algorithms, with a focus on image generation and classification, such as GAN, VAE, Diffusion etc.
• Desirable Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Experience in a fast-paced, research-oriented work environment where plans may change rapidly.
• Workable knowledge and healthy intuition in machine learning and AI.
• Creative problem-solving abilities paired with a practical, can-do attitude.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Russian is highly advantageous; knowledge of Hebrew is not required but is an advantage.
