Export Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Export Coordinator to join our team.

As an Export Coordinator, you will lead logistics processes, working collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow of exporting and shipping.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively between different departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

This is a partial position of 70%-80%.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and tracking.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure the smooth execution of export operations.
• Preparing and reviewing export documents, such as business invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other essential paperwork.
• Serving as a point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipping updates, and resolving any issues related to export orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling export operations, or in a similar logistics or international trade industry role.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal - a must.
• Computer skills - MS Office (including Excel), Hashavshevet (an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• An eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
