Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Tel Aviv office.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of nurturing and expanding long-term partnerships with our customers, ensuring higher product adoption, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Understand customer needs and challenges to tailor effective solutions, thereby identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer training sessions and facilitate the introduction of our product features to enhance customer understanding and utilization.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams, including Customer Success, Sales, R&D, and Product , to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service position- is a must.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hebrew, enabling you to interact confidently and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and adeptly handle objections, resolving customer issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• A collaborative team player capable of working effectively with colleagues and business partners across different departments.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
