Product Manager

Position Scope:

·     Own the product strategy, roadmap, objectives and use cases to create the best market fit.

·     Stay informed about industry trends and competition to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.

·     Translate customer feedback, needs and pain points into actionable product features.

·     Prioritize issues, feature requests and product questions from all sources.

·     Lead product prioritization discussions. Base recommendations on company goals, user problems, user data, and product knowledge.

·     Clearly define the detailed themes, epics and product stories

·     Partner with R&D teams while driving for results in cross-group / team projects

·     Gather feedback on adoption and monitor usage metrics.

·     Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success, support and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enablement data to accelerate business growth.

·     Contribute to the product market positioning and messaging through joint work with product marketing.

·     Provide regular updates on product development status, key milestones, risks, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.

Requirements:

·     4+ years of experience as a PM in a startup environment (SaaS / B2B / B2C).

·     Self starter, capable of working independently, while also being a great‌ ‌team‌ ‌player.

·     Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate business goals into product strategy and execution plans.

·     A solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.

·     Have an interest in technology and a passion for delivering cutting-edge products.

·     Excellent soft skills, particularly in fostering positive relationships and communicating effectively across teams.

·     Analytical abilities - creative problem solver with attention to details.

·     Experience and practice in agile/scrum methodology.

·     A technological background, either in development or data analysis, is considered beneficial.

·     Experience in building AI-driven products.

·     Fluent English – mandatory.
