AI Project Manager

A start up company is looking for an AI Project Manager to support our AI/ML efforts.

This includes working with software engineers and machine learning scientists, as well as building and managing a team of annotators. Our PM should have exceptional project management skills, excel at collaboration and building relationships, and have strong attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

● Recruit, onboard, train, coach and manage a team of annotators in various languages

● Oversee day-to-day operations, Set clear team goals and monitor team performance and report on metrics.

● Motivate team members, Listen and resolve issues or conflicts. recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

● Organize, plan, and oversee the delivery of datasets

● Develop plans for review and improvement to establish a continuous high quality data-set creation pipeline

● Manage new technologies implementation from planning to production

● Collaborate, drive and facilitate discussions and activities across functional teams

● Drive AI/ML accuracy evaluations and suggest improvements.

What you need to succeed:

● 4+ years of project management experience

● Experience managing people and driving a team to results

● Strong communication and project management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

● High proficiency in spoken and written English

● BA/BSc - advantage

● Familiarity with ML/AI and working with LLM’s for features development
