Tier III Support Engineer

A successful Software Development company is looking for a Tier III Support Engineer.

What You'll do:

• Self-driven to continually expand knowledge of product to successfully solve challenging issues and mentor team members.
• Research and troubleshoot issues between the company's application and customers ERP system including but not limited to implementation and configuration.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and workflows to resolve issues.
• Resolve workflows or SQL issues causing product failures.
• Work with multiple teams to resolve issues within SLA and provide needed information to teams to resolve the issues.
• Write knowledge base articles and educate/train team members on resolution and troubleshooting approaches.
• Communicate resolution clearly and concisely verbally or written.
• Recommend best workflow, implementation and utilization practices promoting customer success and product adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Has administered an ERP solution such as SAP, Peoplesoft, JDEdwards, Oracle or like.
• 5 or more years working with SAP, PeopleSoft, JDEdwards, or other, ERP system.
• Ability to find and guide customers on issues outside of the company's software.
• SQL experience with the ability to troubleshoot queries and understand database structure.
• Experience with application security such as SAP ECC, S4H, S4H SAAS, C4C
• Experience with Business Process Control and Automation.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
• Knowledge of basic cloud concepts.
• Knowledge of Identity Management Solutions.
• Ability to work with global team members and customers from diverse cultures.
• Experience with mentoring team to overcome challenge areas.
• Strong English and communication skills.
