Software Product Manager

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will manage end-to-end the requirements, specifications, and GUI design for a specific product in our WizSuite enterprise software pack. You will have the unique opportunity to elaborate on intricate processes, define functionality, and design intuitive user interfaces that resonate with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own your product's definitions and requirements 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Work closely with our System Architects and UI-UX Designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate on mechanical and process-related algorithm development with our CTO Team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in software product management, preferably in the manufacturing or AI domain.
• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advantage: M.Eng. or M.S.E. degrees.
• Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup.
• Independent and self-motivated with a demonstrated autodidact approach to problem-solving and learning new technologies.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to detail complex processes and functionalities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Agile and adaptable, with a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced industry.
• Experienced with Atlassian Jira and Confluence - an advantage.
