Technical Lead

We operate in the dynamic field of application security posture management, striving to solve some of the most challenging issues in modern development. As part of this mission, we are building a community and leading significant initiatives in the world of software security. We develop a SaaS product using cloud-native principles with a highly available microservices architecture.

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Tech Lead Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of balancing a drive for results with teamwork, and able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of new and exciting features as part of the R&D team.

Work with technologies including .NET Core, Go, Python, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience with modern high-level technologies.

At least 2 years of experience as a tech lead.

Extensive professional experience with at least one high-level backend language (C#, Python, Node.js, Java, Go).

Experience with SaaS microservices architecture system design.

Experience with large-scale systems, scaling up systems, and handling large amounts of data.

Experience with frontend development.

Hands-on experience with relational databases.

Experience in leading projects that include collaboration with teammates and other parts of the organization (product, field, DevOps).

A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
