Digital Development Team Leader

A leading financial company is seeking a Digital Development Team Leader to join the Information Systems department, which is responsible for digital solutions.

The role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of digital assets and managing a large development team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic and advanced project, leveraging new technologies and playing a key role in driving change and improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and ensure the quality of deliverables within the team
• Maintain systems and ensure their smooth operation in production environments
• Provide technical leadership for tasks and activities, ensuring complete accountability, guidance, and empowerment
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines
• Hands-on involvement in development tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Development Team Leader
• Experience in development and managing multiple projects and systems simultaneously
• Hands-on web development experience, preferably with Angular
• Experience in .NET/.NET Core development
• Experience working with databases (ORACLE/SQL)
• Familiarity with CMS systems (Umbraco is a plus)
• Experience in technical design and solution formulation
• Experience with Agile processes and working with Jira or TFS
• Experience with Git and knowledge of DevOps processes
• Understanding of security aspects in web and mobile domains
• Willingness to handle version upgrades and troubleshooting during late hours when necessary
• Previous experience in financial organizations - is an advantage
