Lead Mobile Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Lead Mobile Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native mobile development and the ability to work on multiple products simultaneously. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that provide a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with external data sources and APIs.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Assist in the publishing process of applications on Google Play and the App Store.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Java (Android) and Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with publishing applications on Google Play and the App Store.
• Experience building mobile apps that access RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
• Highly motivated, a quick learner, and a team player.
• Ability to develop simple tools in Java to assist our team (bonus).
• Knowledge of React Native or other cross-platform libraries (bonus).
• Ability to work on multiple products simultaneously as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of mobile app UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
