Design Program Manager

Job Description

Join the Wix Playground, a core design guild team and take an active role in:

• Programming original educational content and professional development materials for designers, providing them professional skills and enriching them with knowledge and experiences.
• Curating engaging creative content, keeping our designers up to date and inspired.
• Engaging & Partnering with the local and global design community, building connections, nurturing collaborations, and forming partnerships.
• Managing projects from ideation to execution.
  
  

Qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years of experience working in a design- oriented environment, alongside designers. Design background is an advantage.
• You are a passionate and experienced project manager at heart and go-getter, able to work with different stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently, adapting to a dynamic work pace.
• You're a people person and team player, comfortable speaking in front of audiences, leading workshops, and moderating events.
• You're quick to pick up new concepts and technologies, and always eager to expand your knowledge.
• You're a conceptual thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, always seeking new collaboration opportunities and creative initiatives.
• Fluent in English
• Experience in one or more topics is an advantage: managing communities / training / social media
