Role Description

This is a full-time Corporate Lawyer at Moshe Rofeh & Co. You will be responsible for handling various day-to-day legal tasks, including legal research, contract drafting and review, and advising clients on commercial and corporate matters. This is a hybrid role, with the main location in Midtown Tel Aviv, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Corporate Lawyer with 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and Corporate Law
• Proficient in contract drafting and review
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Service Oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
• Admission to the Israeli Bar Association
• Experience in international transactions and cross-border matters is a plus
