Our Technology Purchasing team is the exclusive focal point for all Check Points’ tech-related acquisitions.

The Technology Purchasing Specialist plays a critical role within the Finance department by connecting the organization to the company Technologies departments (IT and RnD). This is your chance to start your journey with us.

As a Technology Purchasing Specialist, you will be:

• A trusted business value enabler who understand the business requirements as well as Technologies
• The direct interface between Check Point teams and all tech companies WW
• Supporting and leading the execution of technology projects
• Preforming market assessment and intelligence gathering to achieve the best commercial and legal terms
• Looking for opportunities for improvement, innovation, and optimization
• Managing the engagements of both new and ongoing solutions/services

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the IT and the Development fields in order to provide solutions to their daily needs
• Plan, Excuse, and manage end-to-end HW and SW purchases
• Tracking usage and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Work and negotiate with all of the global leaders in the hardware, software, and SaaS industry
• Deal with complex and challenging legal contracts
• Analyze data and price offers to recommend relevant actions to high management

Qualifications

• BA graduate
• IT knowledge (hardware and software)- an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Outstanding service orientation
• Negotiation capabilities
• ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) – an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Analytical skills
• High knowledge of Excel
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Fast learner
• Team player
