System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Azure AD Services in line with Security guidelines.
• Manage and Maintain Azure AD Identity and Access, Azure AD SSO.
• Develop and implement best practices for Azure Active Directory.
• Manage and maintain SccM and Intune onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure Active Directory
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and support Citrix VDI environment, both Windows OS and Ubuntu.
• Develop and maintain documentation when required.
• Develop support guidelines and processes that improve support resolution time and increase efficiency through automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years as a System Administrator focused on Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD Services, Azure AD SSO, MS Intune.
• Microsoft Core services - Active Directory , Group Policy, DHCP, DNS - Must
• Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination .
• Ability to be a team player; flexible, friendly, congenial, and enthusiastic, willingness to do whatever it takes to complete assignments on time with quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to details, high responsible
• Experience with scripting and automation in PowerShell.
• Good knowledge of Monitoring – SCOM\PagerDuty – advantage.
• Good knowledge of SCCM – advantage.
• Good knowledge of PKI – advantage. Very Good experience in all related to Exchange on-premises & Exchange Online.
• Knowledge in Citrix VDI is an advantage.
