Product Information Administrator - Logistics expert

As a Product Information Administrator (Logistics expert) at Windward, you will join our Product team and take part in building one of the first LLM-based enterprise-grade applications in the market.

You will create and maintain an accurate database of freight tariffs, fees, and contractual terms that serves global container trade. You will work hands-on with LLM Agents that are trained to solve logistics billing problems, and collaborate in prompt engineering.

What will you do?

• Read, understand, and upload standard and custom Detention and Demurrage (D&D) tariffs
• Ensure that all tariffs are understood correctly by our AI model, including free days and daily fees for different container types and sizes
• Flag any discrepancies between the tariffs and the AI model’s understanding of the tariffs
• Validate that shipments are correctly linked to their assigned tariffs
• Validate automated fee calculations
• Flag and research fee calculation errors
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and developers
• Support Solution Experts in the sales process and POCs
• Understand the industry ecosystem and competitive landscape (technical and operational).

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles in logistics, freight forwarding or customs brokerage
• Ability to read contracts in English and extract required information from them
• Good Excel skills and strong technical understanding
• Fast learner with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• B.A. in logistics, accounting, law, economics, or related fields - advantage
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics tools such as PowerBI - advantage
• Experience working in a global company - advantage
• Immediate availability for a full time role - a must
