Your Impact

• Develop and apply classic ML and deep learning models using frameworks like sklearn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to solve complex problems for our enterprise customers.
• Take projects from concept through research to production deployment (this may span multiple days).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Application Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, and Deep Learning Researchers to understand customer needs, design prototypes, and launch cutting-edge technologies.
• Work alongside Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists to define AI platform requirements, such as experimentation environments and reusable ML pipelines.
• Interface with internal product teams to leverage their data, applying machine/deep learning to enhance product capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills

• MSc in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, including hands-on leadership in large-scale DS/ML projects.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning model application for business solutions.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated ability to implement, operate, and scale innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Broad expertise in ML techniques, from Artificial Neural Networks to Bayesian methods.
• Independent work style with a passion for sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building analytical systems and predictive models.
• Familiarity with commercial cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in Big Data technologies like Trino, Spark, and DWH.
