Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores, supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of shift arrangement
• Preform routine quality checks of the support agents and feedback them
• Responsible for the development of new & existing agents
• Daily monitor the SLA & amount and categories of contacts and detect anomaly that can indicate an issue
• Responsible for the development of new & existing agents
• Proactively address any concerns or issues
• Assist Manager, Team lead in daily tasks
