Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Specialist at Eshnav - Career Development. As a Career Specialist, you will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to individuals with disabilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, developing career plans, assisting with job searching and placement, and providing ongoing support and coaching.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Analytical skills to assess individuals' strengths, interests, and career goals
• Experience in career development and providing guidance
• Customer service skills to provide excellent support and assistance
• Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation programs and resources
• Experience in conducting workshops and group sessions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work)
