My Green Fields is seeking an experienced IPM Agronomist.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and treating beneficial insects, pests, and diseases.
• Writing and implementing procedures in accordance with regulations.
• Leading and managing the spraying team, including training, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Defining and operating methods for addressing field challenges.
• Ensuring the quality and application of spraying in the field.
• Adapting pest control and integrated pest management, including placing and purchasing orders.
• Managing the pesticide inventory, under the supervision of the Chief Agronomist.
• Conducting monitoring activities in the greenhouses.
• Developing work plans under the guidance of the Chief Agronomist.

Required Experience and Education:

• Significant experience in plant protection.
• Bachelor's degree in plant sciences.
• Pesticide control course for cannabis - an advantage.
• Experience in agricultural work.
• Knowledge of pesticides.
• Willingness to work in the field.
