Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive responsibility for managing ongoing relationships and closing deals with qualified investors and institutional bodies.
• Strengthening business relationships, analyzing client portfolios, building presentations, providing regular updates, and participating in investor conferences, events, webinars, and more.
• Interface with various departments within the investment house, including marketing, legal, professional teams, and senior management.
• Professional familiarity and involvement with the activities of the funds, joining investor meetings, investment committees, and analyzing investment portfolios to maximize the potential of the funds' client portfolios.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• Background and knowledge in the field – mandatory
• Familiarity with the real estate sector – a significant advantage
