Position Overview:
The Global Sales and Business Development Director will be a key member of the management team, directly reporting to the CEO. This role is instrumental in driving the company's growth strategy, expanding our market presence in Europe, the USA, and globally. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and business development within the HR services sector, a deep understanding of the global market, and proven success in scaling offshore units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth, Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales and business development strategy. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers and partnerships.
- Sales Leadership,meet clear sales targets and objectives and track performance against these goals.Implement effective sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Expansion: Expand the company’s footprint in key markets including Europe and the USA. Understand and navigate the complexities of international markets, adapting strategies to meet local needs and regulations. Drive the growth of offshore units, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Marketing and Brand Development, collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives. Leverage digital marketing and social media to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior sales and business development role, specifically within the HR services sector.
- Strong understanding of the global market, with experience in Europe and the USA.
- Demonstrated success in sales of services and scaling offshore units.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
