Technical Account Manager

A Cybersecurity start-up looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team.

 You will take ownership of technical issues, perform complex investigations into customers escalated cases, using in-depth troubleshooting and analysis skills.

 Responsibilities:

·       Lead all technical aspects, while working with company internal teams to build an end-to-end solution that best fits our customer's needs.

·       Responsible for the delivery process of the system in the operational techno aspects

Requirements:

·       Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles with hands-on client-facing experience.

·       Linux administration experience, including installation, networking, bootstrapping and security.

·       Monitoring tools and logging infrastructure (e.g Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Graphite)

·       Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST API

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Willingness to travel abroad and occasionally working on weekends

·       Excellent verbal and written English

·       Programming / scripting skills (e.g bash, python, perl) – an advantage

·     Ability to work with availability during weekends and at night, according to a pre-determined schedule – on-call duty
