What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Manager with at least 1 year of product experience, a technical background, and a strong understanding of UX/UI design. While experience in the finance field is not mandatory, familiarity with data tools is preferred. The ideal candidate understands the importance of design, is passionate about creating user-centric products, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About The Role

• Maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Creation of product requirement documentation, feature scoping and definition of done.
• Oversee development to ensure timely delivery of scoped work including making necessary adjustments in order to meet deadlines.
• Collect, analyze, and integrate customer and market feedback, collaborating with various teams to inform product decisions.
• Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
• Create and maintain documentation and reports to share customer insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure flawless product releases and quick resolution of product bugs through effective processes and tools.

What You Need

• At least 1 year of experience in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, preferably in a fast-growing business.
• Proven ability to drive fast and successful execution of complex initiatives involving coordination across multiple teams.
• Strong track record of identifying root causes of issues to find lasting and impactful solutions.
• Experience leveraging both qualitative and quantitative feedback to make product recommendations.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients through feedback requests or user research interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to chart your own path.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Snowflake, Figma, Posthog, and Linear
• Deep knowledge with finance and treasury workflows of US based SMEs
• Technical programming experience (Python, Java, React)
