STARTICA is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe System Infrastructure Specialist to join the team. You will be responsible for the installation, upgrade, management, and maintenance of Mainframe infrastructure. This includes operating system management, software product installation, and ensuring the availability of production systems. The role also involves hardware installation support and project involvement, providing professional advice, and evaluating new products and components related to the operating system and software products.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Mainframe Infrastructure Specialist - mandatory.
- High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking - mandatory.
- Experience as a Mainframe Infrastructure Programmer - an advantage.
- Experience as a Network specialist - an advantage.
- Expertise in Control-M - an advantage.
Required Interpersonal Skills:
- High ability for self-learning and independent work.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Capability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with internal and external stakeholders.
