CyberArk is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and focused Solutions Engineer in Israel. 

The Solutions Engineer will combine technical expertise with sales skills and is ultimately responsible for achieving the technical win throughout the sales process. Solutions Engineers serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales force, responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. They work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions.

Therefore, you must be capable of articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be able to identify all technical needs and issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

Most importantly, we seek someone who can communicate CyberArk's values and design optimal security solutions for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments on a global scale.

The role consists of the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre-sales hands-on support.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales process.
• Effectively present CyberArk’s technical value proposition to customers and partners.
• Ensure the success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Respond to the functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing technical relationships with prospective accounts.
• Document client feature requests and issues in CyberArk internal systems.
• Support CyberArk seminars and industry trade shows in the region.
• Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Develop technical knowledge and skills of CyberArk solutions and related technologies.
• Travel within the region (up to 25%). 

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer and/or Professional Services Engineer, or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and work cross-organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus-building abilities.
• High-level understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong hands-on technical abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Administration, Active Directory and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge in the leading cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understand complex customer environments and design optimal architectural solutions for them.

• Prior experience with CyberArk Identity Security solutions.
• Experience in Privilege Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), or Identity Management (IDM) solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of containerized environments and CI/CD toolchains.
