Data Scientist

As a data scientist at Sleek, you'll be an integral member of our innovative team, dedicated to developing data-driven solutions for cyber intelligence. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming ideas into state-of-the-art products, utilizing your analytical skills, creativity, and extensive domain expertise. Be prepared to confront exceptional challenges daily as you apply LLM and generative AI to address practical, real-world problems.

What will your job look like?

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for applying NLP-driven AI solutions to extract insight and automate tasks.
• Develop production-grade solutions by combining deep language models and classical ML/NLP algorithms.
• Assume end-to-end ownership of AI implementations while optimizing for scalability, performance, and code quality.
• Fine-tune models for specific security-related tasks, maximizing their effectiveness and reliability.
• Showcase an active, hands-on approach, consistently learning and adjusting to novel technologies and methodologies in NLP.

Your knowledge & skills:

• 3+ years of industry experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist - a must.
• Long track record of leading the development of generative models and their applications (such as leveraging API-based LLMs, creating RAG pipelines, implementing agents, etc.) - a must.
• Deep understanding of ML and DL fundamentals and proficiency in data exploration, manipulation, and visualization.
• Experience writing production-grade code in Python.
• Independence and resourcefulness, with the ability to quickly develop and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Hands-on fine-tuning experience - an advantage.
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector - an advantage.
