Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying the customer needs and defining a product that achieves product - market fit.

Responsibilities:

• Set design requirements based on information from Product Managers and user research
• Identify new product improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, and tech writing teams to deliver world-class products
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
• Quickly build design prototypes for fast iteration and brainstorming through product ideas
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Continuously engage with customers and prospects to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
• Measure product usage and derive insights regarding product usability
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer for a B2B, SaaS company
• Experience in the Cybersecurity domain is an advantage
• Experience in operating in an Agile, ever-changing environment and priorities
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
• Proven experience with design tools such as Figma
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent English: verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
