Product Analyst - Temporary position

The role:

If you’re a person who loves data, sees trends in rows, and believes in data driven decisions – this role is for you! This role combines analytical skills alongside business acumen and technical understanding. An ideal candidate should be passionate about data, understanding complex problems, and how to present key insights to key stakeholders.

The day-to-day

• Define metrics, extract data (usage, financial) and analyze behaviors and trends
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards and reports communicating them to management
• Work with product management to analyze and provide meaningful insights driving roadmap decisions
• Monitor and improve products and feature adoption process and understand customer trends.
• Work with sales and support teams to share information and provide data for business decisions.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of Business Analytics or consulting experience
• Analytical skills – research, analyze, visualize data and a technical approach
• Ability to be detail oriented, but also see and understand the big picture
• Independent management and learning skills with a get-things - done and a positive approach
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal – Must
• Strong excel knowledge or other BI tools

These would also be nice:

• Experience with the product life-cycle/working with Product teams – Advantage
• SQL knowledge – Significant advantage
