job description
• Examining and implementing changes in cross-organizational processes to improve customer value, performance and operational excellence
• Planning and managing complex projects in accordance with the work plans
• Writing procedures and work processes and implementing them
• Building and managing engineering models to support the needs of the organization such as: programs, logistic planning, compensation models and more
• Implementation of advanced and innovative concepts in the field
• Work with senior levels and interfaces in the organization and outside the organization
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management - mandatory
• Experience of at least 5 years in project management in the field of organization and methods from a large organization - mandatory
• Experience from a consulting company - an advantage
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems - an advantage
• Leadership and the ability to harness people and lead complex processes
• Business and systemic, analytical and process vision, creative and innovative thinking
• Ability to work together
