Mechanical Design Engineer

An Israeli startup company developing a unique fully automated robotic solution for warehouses. The product easily adapts to the customers current working model of operation and combines the intelligence and flexibility of humans with the power and efficiency of robots.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design from concept to implementation including definition of requirements, research and investigation, design, testing etc.

• Produce detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings, define and perform lab tests for verification and conformance of design outputs to meet the design inputs

• Hands-on assembly, integration and testing

Requirements:

• B.A. mechanical engineering

• 5 years of experience in developing motorized mechanisms and battery-operated devices

• End-to-end task management including requirement definitions

• Self-learner, enthusiastic about mechanics, multi-tasker, organized, and independent

• Creative, with an analytical mindset, team-player and with great communication skills

• Fluent in English
